Healthy sleep – Mindful through the day for a restful night

Do you occasionally or even regularly have problems falling asleep or sleeping through the night?
In this short workshop you can actively shut down and be inspired by various exercises & tips for your own behavioural goals to positively influence your sleep.
The workshop includes:
- Yin Yoga lesson
- Breathing and mindfulness exercises to relax and calm the nervous system
- Information on how nutrition and sleep hygiene influence our sleep
- Tips and ideas on how to promote healthy sleep with your behaviour
