What Is Hashimoto’s?
Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition where the immune system mistakenly attacks the thyroid gland. It affects millions globally, especially women, causing symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, hair loss, concentration issues, and depression. Often undiagnosed for years, Hashimoto’s is the leading cause of hypothyroidism.

My Journey with Hashimoto’s
Diagnosed in 2020, I faced a frustrating reality: doctors offered only medication as a solution, dismissing lifestyle changes or dietary adjustments. Feeling powerless didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to take charge.

I dove into holistic approaches, completed a CAS in Personal Health Coaching, and began training as a yoga therapist. My ongoing research into scientific findings and alternative strategies has deepened my understanding of how to manage this condition effectively.
